What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

What is acceptable proof for an annulment being filed due to fraud and incurable impotence?

For example, in cases of being under age, consanguinity, birth certificates and statement of relationship would likely suffice.

For mental illness, a doctor's statement.

For incapacitation at ceremony (drugs/alcohol), witness statements.

What is acceptable proof for fraud and incurable impotence (which seem to be widely across the states acceptable reasons for annulment of marriage).

Not interested in whether people think a marriage qualifies for annulment or not, just what stands as proof/acceptable evidence.
Thank you,
