Sorry about that... new to this site. Here's the question... I work for a corporation and need to know if during an upcoming divorce can my husbands lawyer subpeona my e-mail or internet usage from my company?

Any records can be subpoenaed.

If you don't want to produce them, then you have to contest the subpoena.
And I suspect that your employer would have a sincere interest in contesting the subpoena, and I suspect that they wouldn't be particularly happy with you for getting the subpoena, unless you disclose the situation to them in advance.

Seriously, disclose your situation to your employer. Don't let them get surprized by that kind of subpoena.
