What is "RETURN ORDER TO SHOW-PRE"


What is the name of your state? New Jersey

a buddy of mine was interested in getting a seperation, now today he recieved in the mail a notice from;

Superior Court of New Jersey
Chancery Division,Family Part

Please be advise that the above captioned matter has been scheduled for
(RETURN ORDER TO SHOW-PRE ). Be sure that you are present to appear at the
Justice Complex......at specified date.

What is a "RETURN ORDER TO SHOW-PRE" ?

My buddy lives in Florida and is a resident of Florida and his wife (I
presumed) was a resident of Florida, but they still own a home together in
NEW JERSEY. there si a number to call for info about the matter, but i was hoping
to get him some type of info back before monday.

Ask the clerk of the court who issued the papers.

Then post back here with the answer.
