What is the name of your state? MO
I was divorced 2 years ago and not all of our property went through the courts for a settlement. We are talking about a business. We set up a revocable trust for the stocks of a business we owned but it never went on the separation agreements or through the court. This was set up and signed during our separation. My lawyer never advised me on the business even though he was aware we had it. There was real estate also that never went through the courts. After the divorce I signed the property over to him due to his threats. Do I have any rights to take him back to court?
