Can anyone tell me what to do for my situation here? I know this is quite basic but I need to know what to do first in order for the next plan.

I am actually from Thailand and going to divorce my husband from Japan. We are married in my home country. The problem here is that he does not want to divorce me. And now he is in Japan that makes communication difficult. What should I do?

Does anyone know the procedure dealing with divorce with a foreign in my country? Another thing, what is the difference between divorce and separation? I am a bit unorganize if u need any information, do tell me.
