What are the top 5 factors that make a person FIT for custody of their child?

What is the name of your state? Arizona.

What are the most important top 5 factors that make a person FIT for aDVANTAGE IN COURT to gain full custody of their child?

And same question with different criteria, what about the top 5 that make a person most UNFIT for gaining the custody of their child?

thanks so much

You can't compile a list of the top five for fitness.
The top five for unfitness is easy. And 99% of parents are not legally unfit.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.
