If I wanted to amend my complaint from IRREC DIFF to Adultry and if I haven't signed the agreement and his attorney has filed a motion to enforce anyway can I still change my complaint to charge Adultry?

Adultery will not do anything good if you add this. I.R. is what most people are using to get a divorce.
