Where do I start?

Hi am in Las Vegas,NV. My husband has left me and I want to get a divorce but I don't know where he is. How do you go about getting a divorce if you don't even know where to send the papers? Also does it make a difference that we were married in Jamaica, he is Jamaican. We have a 4 month old daughter and would like for him to sign over his rights since he never really wanted anything to do with her. Can someone give me some advice or where I can find some information to my questions. Thanks in advance.
