Question
i am writing in regards to where a divorce can be obtained.
my friend was born and married in mexico and he is now a legal green card holder and lives here in the united states and has been for 20 years his wife has no papers and lives in mexico. does he have to go to mexico to file for a divorce or can he file here in the us since he lives here?
i am asking you my question from tennessee.

He will be able to get a divorce in the US..
