What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida:confused::mad:
You're going to have to provide more details.

In general, the one who moves out is at a disadvantage when it comes to the custody decision, so I generally recommend that if a parent wants permanent custody, they shouldn't move out until there's a court order in place, but that's only generic advice and it would be easier if you explain the situation.
