Who inforces the courts orders?

What is the name of your state? Washington

My divorce has been final for almost a year. I have custody the kids. In the final orders it states that my ex is supposed to put them on his insurance, pay for 50% of work related daycare, pay for some outstanding bills, among other things. I have asked him to do all these things, but he will not. I have even payed some of his bills(he was ordered to pay) to keep my credit clear. He has very little interest in the kids, he sees them maybe one day a week for a few hours.(His choice) How do I get the order inforced? I am so tierd of dealing with him on this

My response:

The word is "enforce."

If the court did not order a wage garnishment, then it's up to you to enforce your own court orders by filing an Order to Show Cause with the court. Have the paperwork served on him once you receive a court date.

File a motion for contempt on his non payment of the court ordered items.
You can get the forms at the court clerk's office.
