Question

Who should leave?

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? I live in Ohio, my wife and I have been married 2 years. It's over. She has 2 children from a previous relationship and her and the kids moved into my rental with me when we got married. My name is on the lease.She said she didnt want to be married to me anymore but she refuses to move out. Is there a way I can make her leave legally? If I file for divorce will she have to move out. I lived in the house 6 years before I ever met her. What can I do? Please help

You need to file for divorce and ask the judge to order her to move out.
