Hey,
I got a question...been going through some rough times at home and I wanted to know if the wife has any claim on the house I own in Virginia if things went totally south.
The house was purchased before we were married, my name is the only one on the mortgage, she has not put any money towards the mortgage, we have all seperate debt and no joint accounts. We also filed taxes seperately and she still has not changed her legal address to this place.
