wife have baby from her boy friend

What is the name of your state? NY

My wife and I did Paternity test and shows that baby from her boyfriend.
We like to do divorce in together , how we can do that in NYS ?
Having a child automatically prove adultery in NY ?
Adultery is the fastest way to do divorce in NY but I heard hard to
prove .
As a guy what are the complications I am going to face
what kinds of precautions I should make to get out of marriage without
any problems in future ?

What other proof do need to prove Adultery other than this
Paternity test and shows that baby from her boyfriend.

Unless there is something else to prove adultery other than a baby from another man.

And if you both want the divorce in NY with no child custody/paternity issues, you're dreaming.

As a guy you are screwed unless you get an attorney.

The paternity test needs to be court ordered.

Bringing an action with grounds for divorce in NYS is not worth the expense.

Ask the court to order a paternity test ASAP and file a legal seperation. Wait one year and you're free to do it all over again.

Problems in the future??? DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN!!!

You need an attorney because you have several issues, disestablishing paternity, taxes, immigration, divorce, this is too complex to advise on the internet.
