Congrats on becoming a father again. Are you suing for custody of the child your wife is carrying? Are you suing for child support? Are you prepared to pay child support?
As a newbie, he may not recognize what's behind your post.

Since they are still married, they will not get a divorce until after the child is born. He will be considered the legal father of the child with all the rights and responsibilities that entails - until he disestablishes paternity through the court.

He really needs an attorney to make sure that is all done properly - or he could end up supporting someone else's child for 18 years.

Yep that is the point. This child his WIFE is carrying is HIS child legally. He needs to make sure he disestablishes paternity. On the plus side the disestablishment of paternity is PROOF of adultery if he wanted to go the "fault" route. And because of that he may not pay ANY alimony.
