Wife stealing mail

What is the name of your state? Mass

I have just discovered that my soon to be ex wife has been hiding the mail addressed to me and my son (from a former relationship) from his bank account and has been holding his savings account against me as we move towards the divorce. THis has been going on for 3 months. Is the mail tampering. Mail fraud. THeft. Federal Offense? Can she read mail addressed to me and my son and not ever notify us? I asked that the bank not let her have any access to the account because she burned through 10k of his savings during our marraige. What is my standing?

try to calm down partner...holding his savings account against you? i doubt any "frauds" or "offences" that you described would apply since you are married...yes she can read your mail as you can read mail addressed to her...i believe you have no standing at this point as i see you lying flat on your face....you think she has been stealing from you, but married people can't steal from each other.....

Oh yah "jackedbyjudge" so right. Soon to be ex called cops on me for taking cellphone bill (in his name but there are a total of 5 phones on account). He was angry because I have the cellphone call logs of him and his gf talking on our anniversary (not that I can hold that against him in court). Police AND attorney told him he had no legal recourse.
