Wife wants divorce, but I want to fight for marriage

I'm in TX. When i go to the hearing, is there a chance that I can ask the judge to order counselling before dissolving the marriage? Do I have to have legal representation to legitimize this request? Thanks very much for your time.

You can ask but if your wife doesn't agree it won't go anywhere.
