Will I get his ING "Retirement" Plan? What is the name of your state? Maryland My husband and I are not legally separated, but he no longer lives in our home (3 children) and we are getting a divorce when I can afford a lawyer. He put over $200,000 in a savings account which is in his name only (all the money has been accumulated within the marriage). The money is in an ING account (internet banking only). He did NOT put my name on the account. I told him that I was legally entitled to 1/2 the money in his ING account when we divorce. He claims it is his "retirement" money and I can't touch it. He now says he is moving it to a "retirement" fund where I can't touch it. Is this true? |

| Retirement thta accumulates during the marriage is also considered a marital asset so you would be entitled to a portion of it.
