What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

My attorney is presently in China and he won't be back until the end of August. I would like to have him withdrawn from my case. Is there anything I can file with the court on my own to have him remove from my case? I cannot wait for him to come back from vacation.

Fire him.

Then notify the court and everyone else in your lawsuit that he has been fired.

Go by his office and get your file.

Then find another lawyer.
