Question

Without representation

What is the name of your state? Ohio
My attorney filed a motion to withdraw representing me. I have 120 days wait until my retainer ($10 000) issued from him. Until then I don’t have funds to hire another attorney. Should I make contact with the Judge or Magistrate to let them know the circumstances?

Your attorney is required to notify the court of his/her withdrawal. Stay on their @ss (in writing) until such time that they do so. Good luck getting any of your retainer back.
