Virginia - Wife and I separated over 6 months. Agreed at the time that all was settled and over with. Already sold the house and split equity 50/50. All personal property has been divided. Now I can not get her to sign papers to file the divorce. She will not so much as even talk to me now. There has not been any type of violence what so ever. Not even so much as a heated arguemeent. Is there any way I can file without her signing? If not, what can I do short of hiring an attorney. I am on disability and can not afford an attorney.
Thanks in advance.
