My spouse had signed the waiver for divorce, and now he will not contact me back to sign the final divorce papers. What is my next step and how can I go about divorcing him without his signature? Please help!

My apologies

Sorry about that, i did not know that was part of a guideline, as this is my first time at this website. I live in Nebraska. So does my spouse.
