My cousin was accused of rape by his "crazy" wife. She has been accused of child abuse two times in the past. She is very abusive to him both verbally and physically. He has finally got the courage to walk away because of her recent accusations. He spent two days in jail and had to post a 2,500 bail to get out. She is so pycho and mean spirited to go to this extreme. Now he is forced with having to prove his innocense. The day she accused him, she was actually groping him, and he was trying to leave "pack his bags," but when he left, she went crazy and made the accusation.
What can he do?
