My x-wife did not file my martial settlement agreement (she had an attorney and I did not). Her attorney was suppose to file it for me. I am now in default and I know that I need to file a motion to have the default set aside, but I don't know what happens after I file it. If a judge approves the motion, what happens now? If a judge does not approve the motion, what happens then? I just have not been able to find much info on this subject.
Please help!
