The most important thing i need to know is how i can get my things?

The Judge ordered I can not go to my home ( address ) and I am staying with my son.

I have the clothes on my back and nothing else.

I have nothing and he will not let me have my car. We have two vehicles a Car and Truck; the car is in both are names. I drive the car and he drives the truck.

I work and have a heart condition that I take medication for and all my prescription just got refilled that cost hundreds for dollars. If I have to get them again I don't have anything and plus the insurance will not pay for a refill again so it will be full price.

I understand i did wrong and I can't go back to my home until the Judge says, but I need my things to live.

How do I get them?

You need the judge's permission to go to your home with police escort to get your stuff. File a motion requesting permission. And your husband didn't get you arrested. YOUR actions got you arrested apparently -- especially if you know you "did wrong".

There may not be a specific form for that. You may have to write up your own motion.

Why don't you have your son talk to dad, arrange to get some clothes and your medications.

Your post is misleading. How is it that you behaved badly and yet your husband's trick got you arrested?

A) the court is not going to give you legal advice;
B) there may not be a form;
C) You need an attorney if you are charged with a crime.
