Abused and Screwd at the Same Time!

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am in indiana and I am a survivor of spousal abuse - my husband is a retired, disabled military vet. we were married for 4 long years and I finally had the police remove him from our home and he was convicted of domestic violence with bodily harm. are their any laws that are provided by the military and do the laws passed by the military supercede that of state law? He has left me here with post traumatic brain syndrome.

laws for what? Hes retired so its not like the MP are gonna go after him...What are you asking exactly?
