If someone has three domestic violence assault charges one being very recent, will this last recent one cause him to go back to prison once he sees the judge? He went to prison three yrs ago for the same thing. Did two yrs and was on parole for a yr ending last August. Thanks

Maybe - it really depends on information that we are not privy to, a big one being the "mood" of the judge.

No one's going to prison until they're convicted, at any rate.
