What is the name of your state (only U.S. law?
My friend's mother is an a apartment. if it rains or snows...there is about 1 to 3 inches of water inside her apartment now she has asked the housing authory and the proberty manager to come fix her apartment now its been 4 and a half years and they haven't fixed the links or anything. now what should i do?
