Bail in GA...

I live in GA and tonight my neighbor and good friend got arrested because him and his girlfriend got into it for the millionth time. Long story short I come home to find him being arrested for domestic assault. Can he be bailed out for that, or does he have to wait it out in jail?

Maybe. We really couldn't say. Ask the DA.
