Can a Florida Citizen Sue and Win a LAwsuit for damages against a sibling who continuously interferres with the use of a house in a Life estate that no relative uses full time.

The Father, who has the Life Estate lives with his new wife and one sibling has repeatedly interferred with a very positive and mutually benefitical with the other four siblings and the father for the benefit of the 86 year old father who needs constant companioship, healt care assistance and who cannot see well. Our father is Legally Blind and is need of a lot of health care, but the defendant sibling is interferring by infuencing the father to spend his meager income on home improvements, and items that benefit the defendant sibling more than the father. Th Defendant sibling lives in California and works for the State of Calif. Health agency; and comes to Florida to use the Family Estate whenever he can get time off. He Brings his thrity four year old son, who has already hit our fathres new wife in her mouth, and also attacked his own mothre violently as well as several police officers; due to his mental problems. The offending Sibling has also been arrested more than three times and ordered to undergo ANGER NMANAGEMENT and Psychological Counseling by a State of Florida JUDGE for his Violent and CONTROLLING behaviour.

We need an attorney who will mount a serious and effective case against this violent and abusive person and keep him from furthre harming our father, our Children and our wives with his Controlling and interferring actions, that have caused severe and harmful damages to our family members for many years including the past four years!
