| | | Confidiality Of Tro What is the name of your state?undefinedWhat is the name of your state?Nevada
In early 2001, my niece, who was living in my home and I both took out TROs against her husband, a confessed child abuser and meth manufacturer awaiting sentencing. My TRO was strictly to keep him off of my property. On 7/31/01, he was "murdered" by a person who was acquitted. My niece has filed a suit against the person who killed her son's father and I have neen called as a witness for the defense. I was told by the attorney for the defense that she got my name from the family court records of the TRO. Aren't these resords confidential? And, if so, can the deposition be quashed as fruit of the poisonous tree? I moved from Nevada so the attorney plans on reading my depo into the record. She wants record of TROs against the deceased to show he was dangerous. |

| ONLY if you wear a loin cloth and live in the Eden subdivision. Quote: |

If she is going to try to say she is losing child support (due to Dad being killed)- what did she think she was going to get when Dad was going to jail?
