hello. my children were taken away from me by dcfs a year ago. someone turned me in and said i abused/neglected one of them during one of my visits in august. they did an investigation, and they said that i did abuse them. i appeal the decision, because i know that i did not do it. they sent me a packet of papers, which contained the complete . when i was reading it, i noticed that there are a whole bunch of FALSE "facts". i can prove most of them. can they use this report if i can prove that these things are false,and if they cant use the report, do they even have a case against me? |

Laws vary from state to state, so we need to know what the state is.
Do you have an attorney?
If not, have you requested that an attorney be appointed for you? |
