CPS Investigation and Visitation Rights

What is the name of your state? NY

I have concerns my current lawyer is not acting my best interest during a CPS investigation of alleged child sexual abuse who is not my child.

Despite that I am concerned to post the details of the case here or even ask for advice, stories of CPS trolling the internet for additional information are rampant.

I have not seen my children in nearly two months; there is no criminal investigation, no order of protection or restraining order in effect. I want to see my children as I have for the past. Things have worsened as the time has dragged on, I feel I am not being pro-active to protect my right of my children or prevent this false / unsubstantiated claim from causing further damage to me and my children.

Since I am under legal council currently is it wise to post any details here and if do how safe is the information if I do? Can I do anything to to protect my postings?

Thank you

You have current council . Consult your council on questions .

Nothing you post on the net is protected .

Some sites do offer it , but it's NOT 100% protected .
