What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin
The wording in re: Wisconsin's relatively new provision for a De Novo hearing following an injunction hearing suggests that everything from the initial hearing is wiped clean. My question is: does that include the injunction order itself, if one was granted? That is, if the De Novo Judge comes to the same decision that an injunction is merited, does he/she have to formally issue a new one, since the De Novo Hearing is intended as a complete "do over," or can he/she simply continue the order that was generated at the initial hearing?
