My daughter lives in Washington State

My daughter had a temporary restraining order put on her by her boyfriend. She violated that order and the courts put a 2 year restraining order on her. Her boyfriend has nor petitioned the court to drop it down to a no hostile order. His reason is because my daughter is pregnant and I have their 9 month old with me in another state. He wants his fmaily together.

What are the chances of it being granted??

50/50. Seriously no one can tell you exactly. It may or may not be granted. depends on why she had a restraining order against her in the first place. And various other things that you have not stated.
