I live in MN. I am a non-custodial father of an 11y/o daughter who i feel is being emotionally abused at her mothers. what can i doWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

If you have some proof of improper activity occurring in the custodial parent's home, you can always go back to court seeking custody of your own. But, it also depends on the nature of the alleged abuse.

Note that it is NOT "emotional abuse" to require a child to do homework, attend school, follow rules, and do chores. I mention this because a number of people seem to think that these things are somehow abusive.
