Would this rule apply to a domestic violence restraining order that does not include money but harrassment and in violation of a temp order. Prior to the DV hearing I received an offer that the harassment would stop if I drop my protection request.
This harassment has been on going with many empty promises to stop. This is the reason I had to seek out a restraining order.
