Question

Getting screwed


What is the name of your state? Ohio
My NOT SO BETTER half, has file a false DV case against me. this is the second time she has done this, my question is , once this case is thru out also, can I sue her for dragging me thru the mud, I have lost my job and everything that I have because of her, she got caught having an affair with the neighbor, and myself and our olded son left, she has the youngest, he wants to live with me, but with this DV, she is saying that he is afraid of me, what can I do.?

WTF are you trying to write here. Look if you can prove you lost your job because of her, there is liability but how much is the real question. Did she hurt you in such a way that you can no longer work or find work???

filing a false police report is a felony. If you can PROVE it, she will be looking at some serious time. In the end, if the report was about 5th degree (fear), then its nearly impossible to PROVE that she did it maliciously. In the end, you probably wont be convicted, if you can hire a decent lawyer.
Your boss firing you, is illegal. Being accused of a crime is not a convition. If its a job that paid well, etc I would recomend talking to a lawyer about suing them for unlawul fireing/discrimination.
