What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

My fiance was charge with dv earlier this year. 2 nights ago an argument broke out between my sister and fiance and I called the police after she threatened to go and get a gun and he went to get one from the closet. He didnt pull the gun out of the case and left - I called 911 angry at both of them. I was pushed in the incident I was pushing him too (we both had alot to drink). The police arrived and I filled out a report - not realizing due to the alcohol that I was placing charges on him. I didn't say that my sister had threatened to kill him with a gun first because I thought she would be arrested on the spot. I dont even remember what I wrote on the report and do not want either of them to get into trouble. what can I do?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Not a whole lot you can do at this point...I guess I might suggest you all stop drinking.
