What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State Can they subpoena my 9 yr old at School???
Me n dad had first ever major fight in 20 yrs just pushing no hitting dumb me tried to scare him and dialed 911 thought I hung up fast but to my surprise they called back sending a unit. The lying prosecuter is gunning at him hard so she keeps trying to get me subponea but I don't answer the door so does anyone know pls. Just want this nightmare to end but not til early Febuary is next trial we don't want to testify.

I doubt very much that the prosecuter (sic) is lying. If they have the 911 tape, then they know exactly what happened based upon what they heard. Standard policy is to send a unit if the 911 operator determines that it is necessary based upon what occurs on the call. They may not even need you to testify if they can verify that it's your voice on that tape - your voice says it all right there.

The 911 reveals me saying I didn't need them he was leaving the 911 also reveals the operator asking 7 times if he was Hispanic racial profiling I believe. Also the 911 doesn't reveal anything that went on between us. So where's the answer can they supenoa a 9 yr old at School? Oh and ps the prosecuted is a liar she said one thing to me in the beginning n another about the same to someone else and told the judge everyone was sunponeaded and ready ha two of the dumb cops quit and I hadn't been subponea yet but she told the judge everyone was lies.

You are the type of person that deserves to be prosecuted for making a false report. You can also find CSB at your home to remove your nine year old so that they can investigate what happened. In addition, you can expect that a police officer may show up at some point to escort you to trial and jail if you continue to duck the subpoenas. Should I continue?

I completely and utterly agree.

It also doesn't appear that the prosecutor is the liar, or the cops are the dumb ones here.

And yeap, she needs to expect CPS to come a-calling.
