my now ex boyfriend unsuccessfully tried to beat me so that i would leave our home( whch is in both our names), when this failed he took civil action of domestic violence against me, protective order and lastly an ex parte order of protection against me. ( i weigh 100 pounds and he is 250) i need to know how to write a written defense to this

You might need a lawyer to get the wording straight. If your home is at stake, spend the money.

Why didn't you call the police when he was beating you, so that he would be the one needing a defense? Then, he would be in jail, you would have the order of protection, he would be ordered fron the home, and you could file a civil suit for domestic violence.???
