What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pa

If you can't legally videotape the screaming, the profanities , etc.

Hypothetically, let's say the child is very young. Let's say, six. The child already has self-esteem issues and sometimes mis-treats a cat.
She's not very good at using her words yet and past allegations of child abuse were dropped by CPS. What exactly can a father do to protect his little girl in this instance?

Alas, nothing you have described is illegal. The standard of acceptable parenting is depressingly low; parents have the right to be absolute jerks to their children.

Mistreating animals is a bit worrisome though. Is the hypothetical 6 year old in hypothetical counseling?
