I pled guilty to DV charge I wasnt guilty of.
Im now suffering for my ple witch I cant aford.
I took the ple to be able to get out in time to see my kids before they where taken to Cali by my X.
I would like direct contact in this matter
I have a copy of the police report with many inconsistencies. I know this is verr veg but im going to hit as many sites for help and dont have much more time.

YOU PLED GUILTY. You don't get to decide that you wnat to change your mind. You shouldn't have pled. We don't have a time machine to go back in time and undo it.

If there was a police report filled with inconsistencies, you or your lawyer would have challenged it. You wouldn't have pled guilty.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the people who read your posts aren't as dumb or gullible as you apparently think they are.
