What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? DC

Hi everyone.
I wondered if anyone knew what happens when a Judge denies/refuses (dismisses the case) to issue a restraining order against you. Does that show in your record in any way???
Thank you!

No it doesn't show. You can even have one issued against you and if the petitioner drops it later on with the judge's apporoval or having it vacated will have the same effect.
