My step father was arrested Monday 11/1 for stealing prescription drugs from my uncle. He had been taking drugs all day (prescription) My mother tried to get them back, and he tried to force them into his mouth. Then attacked my mom and uncle. My mother pressed charges and a crime scene officer came and took pictures. He threatened my uncles, and my moms life multiple times. We also have video proof of the attack and restraint. Thursday he had a hearing and the judge set his bail at 5,000 dollars. Yesterday he complained of heart pain, so they released him to the hospital and dropped his bail. We also aren't scheduled for a hearing. I feel like they just dumped everything, and we had to find all of this out on our own.
