I am curious on what are the punishments if any for incest between a father and daughter?

Depends on the facts.... since it is all relative!!
If the child is still a minor, it wouldn't be charged as incest. It would be 'carnal intercourse'.

The actual charge and punishment can be found under N.C. Gen Stat. §14-178.
