D was arrested for DV this past weekend. D's mom, mom's boyfriend, & 85 yr old grandmother were all assaulted. D threw her 1yr old son to the floor. D's 8 yr old daughter was unhurt-not involved physically, just verbally. D's mom, mom's boyfriend, and father of son took out restraining orders against D. As of right now, D is out of jail. The only charge against her is M/DV. She's also on probation. Can daughter's dad take a restraining order out on D as well?

He could attempt one on behalf of his daughter if his daughter witnessed this. Where is daughter now? Has he filed for emergency or temporary custody based on this incident?
