Landlord (DAD) pfa

Girlfriend rents from her Dad. The other day he came to her work and grabbed her by the throat. This is not the first time shes been abused but this time she got a pfa. What will happen as far as landlord tenant situation. Since he is the landlord can he still come to her house??
