In Pa. had a pfa put on me by girlfriend in nov 2009.pfa says hearing in 10 days . She got it continued, I never got a notice or a date to be continued and to this day 4/28 10 I have not had a hearing. It is a temp pfa. Can i ask to have this pfa droped from do prossess of law? A continue of hearing must be done in 60 days on the form.
