What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana
I just installed a nannycam in my living room today. I did for the purpose of seeing whats going on in my home when im not there. Not even 6hrs later i leave and record. My nephew threw marriage and his 2 year old daughter were left in my home alone (they reside in my home). I caught him masterbating to porn in my living room while his toddler lays on the other sofa. Is this illegal? Does this fall into lewd behavior and endangering the welfare of a minor? I have provisional custody by mandate of his second born child and am concern if I report this and have it be nothing I will loose our future adoptive son. I have read many articles on its not illegal to have sex infront of a child as long as there is no sexual intent basically towards the child. If it is illegal im turning in the tape to local child abuse detectives, if not illegal im just going to have to have a talk with my nephew. Please help!!
